Deposits
We will operate an order list without taking deposits. However, as numbers may be limited on some species, a 10% deposit will be required to secure priority. Orders with deposits will be met first. Deposits are refundable only if we cannot meet your order.

Payment
All snakes must be paid for in full, before collection or delivery. Payment can be made by; cash, pay-pal, cheque, direct bank transfer, or bankers draft.

Guarantee
All of our snakes are sold healthy, correctly sexed and feeding unless otherwise stated. If there is a reason why you are unhappy with the snakes then you must inform us within the first 24 hours of delivery or collection, and we will replace, or refund if stock is not available. If you do not contact us within the 24 hours, we presume that there is no problem with the snake/s, and therefore we are no longer responsible.
